NOW Foods Vitamin C-1000 Complex delivers 1,000 mg of Vitamin C per tablet in its buffered calcium ascorbate form — a gentler option on the digestive system compared to standard ascorbic acid. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, bones and cartilage, and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Each tablet is further enriched with 250 mg of a Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex, alongside Acerola Powder (Malpighia punicifolia) and Rutin Powder (Sophora japonica) — complementary plant-derived compounds that naturally accompany Vitamin C in whole fruits and botanicals. The buffering action of calcium ascorbate also provides 100 mg of calcium per serving, contributing 13% of the Nutrient Reference Value.
