Ostrovit D3 4000 IU + K2 VEGE combines two fat-soluble vitamins, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2, in a single tablet. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the maintenance of normal bones, normal muscle function, and the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones.

The formula features natural vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) sourced from Icelandic lichen — making it entirely plant-based — paired with menaquinone-7 (MK-7), a highly bioavailable form of vitamin K2 derived from Bacillus subtilis natto. This combination makes Ostrovit D3 4000 IU + K2 VEGE a suitable choice for vegans and vegetarians seeking both nutrients in one product.

Each tablet delivers 100 µg (4000 IU) of vitamin D3 and 100 µg of vitamin K2 MK-7, with flexible dosing: adults under 75 may take half a tablet daily, while adults over 75 may take a full tablet.
