NOW Foods ZMA is a precisely formulated sports recovery supplement combining Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin B-6 — three nutrients that play essential roles in normal physiological function and overall wellbeing. Each serving delivers these key micronutrients in highly bioavailable forms: Zinc Mono-L-methionine, Zinc Aspartate, Magnesium Aspartate and Pyridoxine HCl.

Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function. Vitamin B-6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Usage & Dosage
