Rule One Burn Capsules is a multi-ingredient food supplement designed to complement an active lifestyle. Each serving of two capsules delivers a carefully selected blend of botanical extracts, B-vitamins, and a precisely dosed caffeine matrix — combining caffeine anhydrous, green tea leaf extract, coffee bean extract, guarana seed extract, and microencapsulated caffeine (zümXR). Best used alongside a balanced diet and regular exercise.

The formula includes Niacin, which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, alongside Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12, as well as Iodine sourced from kelp powder. Complementary botanical ingredients include Forskohlii Root Extract, Decaffeinated Green Coffee Bean Extract, Decaffeinated Green Tea Leaf Extract, L-Theanine, Ginger Root Extract, Cayenne Fruit Extract (Capsimax®), Grapefruit Fruit Powder, Grains of Paradise Seed Powder, and Black Pepper Fruit Extract (BioPerine®).

Take two (2) capsules with 8–12 oz of water. Consume before meals or cardio workouts, preferably on an empty stomach. Combine with a balanced diet and regular exercise. Do not exceed two servings (4 capsules) daily.

Keep out of reach of children. This product is intended for healthy adults only. Do not use if you are under 18, pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or nursing. Consult your physician before use if you are taking any medications or have any medical condition. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. Each serving contains approximately 200 mg of caffeine, which is about as much as two cups of coffee; do not combine with alcohol, other caffeine-containing products, or exceed two servings daily. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally rapid heartbeat. Exercise may increase your fluid needs, so drink lots of water to stay well-hydrated. Discontinue use if you experience any adverse effects or unusual symptoms.
