Each serving combines CarnoSyn® Beta-Alanine, Micronized Creatine Monohydrate, Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate and Caffeine Anhydrous, alongside a targeted B-vitamin complex and Vitamin C.

The Frozen Bombsicle flavour offers a refreshing, icy fruit taste that makes your pre-workout routine something to look forward to. With approximately 63 servings per 414g container, C4 Original provides excellent value and consistency, making it easy to incorporate into your daily training schedule. Simply mix one scoop with water and consume 20–30 minutes before your workout.

Niacin contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and supports normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Folic acid contributes to normal amino acid synthesis.

Mix 1 scoop (approximately 6.5g) with 150–200 ml of water. Consume 20–30 minutes before workout. Beginners may start with half a serving (½ scoop) to assess tolerance. Do not exceed one serving per day.
