Ostrovit Carbo in refreshing Lemon flavour is a carbohydrate-based sports powder designed to support your energy intake during training. Each 50 g serving delivers 43 g of carbohydrates sourced from maltodextrin and dextrose, providing a convenient source of energy to fuel your workout sessions.
The formula is enriched with key electrolytes — potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium. Potassium, calcium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while Vitamin B6 also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The addition of L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG) and beta-alanine rounds out this intra-workout formula.

Usage & Dosage
Mix 50 g (3 flat scoops) in 500 ml of water. Consume 1 serving during training.
