Each serving delivers 1,000 mg of the proprietary Carnigen Blend — a multi-form L-Carnitine matrix combining L-Carnitine L-Tartrate, L-Carnitine Fumarate, N-Acetyl L-Carnitine HCl, and L-Carnitine Orotate — alongside 100 mg of Caffeine Anhydrous.

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 serving with 4 fl. oz of cold water (adjust to desired sweetness) and consume immediately. Take 1 serving 1–2 times per day. For best results, take 20–30 minutes prior to cardio or training. Carnigen Plus Caffeine can also be added to your pre-workout drink. During your workout and throughout the day, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water.
