Trained by JP Cream of Rice in Apple Pie flavour is a smooth, easy-to-prepare rice flour-based powder for a carbohydrate-based meal or snack whenever you need it. Each serving contains 18g of carbohydrates and virtually no sugar, without unnecessary additives or fillers.

Each 25g serving is low in fat and free from added sugars, offering a convenient carbohydrate option for any time of day. The warming Apple Pie flavour, achieved with natural colouring from Beta Carotene and a touch of sweetener, makes every bowl an enjoyable experience at any time of day.

Take 1 serving (25g / 1 scoop) mixed with the desired amount of boiling water and cook to your desired consistency. Alternatively, it can be cooked in the microwave. When short on time, it can be conveniently mixed with water in a shaker bottle and consumed.
