Each 150g serving delivers 566 kcal and 42g of protein from a high-quality blend of Milk Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate and Whey Protein Concentrate, supported by 75g of complex carbohydrates sourced primarily from organic ground oats and maltodextrin — making it a structured foundation for a high-calorie training diet.

Beyond the macronutrient base, each serving provides 5g of L-Leucine, 5g of Glutamine Peptides, 3g of Creatine Monohydrate, 2g of HMB (Beta-Hydroxy Beta-Methylbutyrate) and 0.5g of HICA (Alpha-Hydroxy Isocaproic Acid). Alpha Lipoic Acid (250mg), AstraGin® (a proprietary Astragalus and Panax Notoginseng extract) and DigeZyme® enzyme complex are also included.
