DHA-500 delivers a high-concentration omega-3 softgel providing 500 mg of Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) and 250 mg of Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) per serving, sourced from a premium natural fish oil concentrate derived from anchovies, sardines, and tuna. Each softgel supplies 1,000 mg of fish oil concentrate, making it a straightforward and convenient way to maintain a consistent daily omega-3 intake.

DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. These are authorised health claims assessed by EFSA, and the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA or EPA+DHA combined. Each softgel features an enteric coating designed to support comfortable digestion and minimise any aftertaste.
