Garden of Life's Dr. Formulated Magnesium with Pre & Probiotics Gummies combine magnesium citrate with a probiotic strain and prebiotic fibre in a convenient, great-tasting peach gummy. Each gummy delivers 100 mg of magnesium, providing 27% of the Nutrient Reference Value, with a flexible serving of up to four gummies daily for adults and teens. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal psychological function, and to the maintenance of normal bones.

The formula also features Bacillus subtilis DE111, a well-characterised probiotic strain delivering 250 million CFU per gummy, alongside fructooligosaccharides (FOS) as a prebiotic fibre. The combination makes these gummies a practical, multi-functional daily supplement for the whole family, including children aged 4 and above under adult supervision.

Formulated without soy, gluten, nuts, or dairy, and made with naturally sourced colours and flavours, these vegan-friendly gummies are suitable for a wide range of dietary lifestyles.
