Allnutrition Flex All Complete is a powder formula combining collagen, glucosamine, MSM and vitamins in a convenient, strawberry-flavoured format. Each 20 g serving delivers 10 g of hydrolysed beef collagen alongside L-Proline, glucosamine sulfate, and MSM (methylsulfonylmethane).

The formula is further enriched with Vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage and bones, as well as Magnesium, which contributes to normal muscle function, and Vitamin B6, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. These nutrients work together to complement the structural components in every serving.

Ingredients

Hydrolysed bovine collagen, maltodextrin, L-proline, glucosamine sulphate 2KCl [crustaceans], methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), magnesium salts of citric acid, acidity regulator: citric acid, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), flavouring, acacia fibre, sweetener: sucralose, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), colouring agent: beta-carotene. NOTE: Unverified label text lists 'colour: black carrot juice' — this is inconsistent with the Strawberry variant confirmed by EAN 5902837738659 on official and retailer sources; black carrot juice colour is associated with the Blackcurrant variant. Usage & Dosage

Dissolve 1 serving (20 g / 1 scoop) in 200–300 ml of water or juice and consume immediately after preparation. For prevention: one serving per day. In case of joint pain or during rehabilitation after injury, up to 2 servings per day may be used. Do not exceed 2 servings per day.
