Unlike standard folic acid, which requires enzymatic conversion in the body, Quatrefolic® provides folate in a form that is readily utilised. Each vegetarian capsule also provides 40 mg of Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), contributing 50% of the Nutrient Reference Value.
