Mutant Hardcore BCAA delivers a research-informed 2:1:1 ratio of branched-chain amino acids — 4,000 mg L-Leucine, 2,000 mg L-Valine and 2,000 mg L-Isoleucine per scoop. Each 13 g serving also provides a Micronized Amino Support Stack featuring Glycine, L-Glutamine and L-Alanine, rounding out a comprehensive amino acid profile for active individuals.

The formula is further enhanced with key electrolytes — Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium and Potassium. Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium contribute to normal muscle function. BioPerine® Black Pepper Extract (Piper nigrum) is included at 4.75 mg per serving, and the powder mixes easily into cold water for a refreshing Blue Raspberry flavour.

Mix one scoop (13 g) of Hardcore BCAA with cold water in a shaker cup or water bottle. Use 8–16 fl oz (250–500 mL) of cold water. Consume before, during, or after exercise on training days, or throughout the day on non-training days. On training days, it is best to consume multiple servings: one scoop pre-workout, one scoop intra-workout, and one scoop post-workout. On non-training days, drink 2–3 servings at various times throughout the day.
