NOW Foods Liquid Multi Wild Berry is a comprehensive, iron-free multivitamin and mineral formula in a convenient liquid form, delivering 23 essential vitamins and minerals alongside complementary botanicals and functional nutrients in every tablespoon. Each 15 ml serving provides a broad-spectrum profile of B-vitamins — including Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, B-6, Folate, B-12, Biotin and Pantothenic Acid. Thiamin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Riboflavin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Riboflavin contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
