BetterYou Magnesium Flakes offer a simple and relaxing way to enjoy a warm footbath or bath. Derived from Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate, these high-purity flakes dissolve easily in warm water, making them ideal for both footbaths and full baths as part of a regular wellness routine.

Each kilogram of BetterYou Magnesium Flakes contains 120g of elemental magnesium, delivered at a 47% MgCl2 concentration. The flakes are free from parabens, synthetic colours, synthetic fragrances, preservatives, palm oil and palm oil derivatives — making them a clean and conscientious choice for your self-care ritual.

Suitable for vegans and vegetarians, BetterYou Magnesium Flakes are an easy addition to your weekly bathing routine. Each 250g pack provides enough for a single full bath or multiple footbath sessions, helping you wind down and take time for yourself two to three times a week.

Elemental Magnesium	120g

Footbath: Add 150g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approximately 5 litres of water, enough to cover your feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.

Bath: Add 250g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase amount for a more intensive experience.

It is recommended to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. On initial application you may experience a slight tingling sensation; this is safe and will pass with regular use.

Magnesium Flakes are very hygroscopic and will quickly absorb moisture if left opened. Store in a dry place and quickly reseal opened bags. Use within 12 months of opening.
