For individuals up to 75 kg body weight and sensitive athletes: stir a dose of 8.5 g into 150 ml of water. For individuals over 75 kg body weight and professional athletes: stir a dose of 17 g into 300 ml of water. Consume 30 minutes before physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. 1/4 measuring scoop = approx. 8.5 g; 1/2 measuring scoop = approx. 17 g.

High caffeine content (200 mg per 17 g serving; 100 mg per 8.5 g serving). Not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women. Intended mainly for adult sportsmen. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Undissolved pieces that may be present after mixing with water due to high concentration of active substances are natural and should not be deemed a fault. Tingling sensation is a natural reaction.
