Nutrend Pump Pre-Workout in Berry Splash flavour is a pre-training powder. Each 15 g serving delivers a blend of amino acids, botanical extracts and B vitamins.

The formula combines L-citrulline malate (5000 mg), beta-alanine (3000 mg) and glycerol monostearate (2000 mg) with supporting ingredients including L-tyrosine, taurine, choline and Bacopa monnieri extract. Withania somnifera (ashwagandha) extract standardised to 5% withanolides is also included, alongside black pepper extract as Bioperine®.

Thiamine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function. Thiamin, niacin and pantothenic acid are provided at 200% of the Nutrient Reference Value per serving. With 15 servings per pack, Pump Pre-Workout is designed for consistent, session-by-session use.

Mix one serving (15 g / 1/2 scoop) with 250 ml of water. Drink approximately 30 minutes before physical activity. Maximum daily dose is 15 g.

The stated recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Undissolved particles may appear during preparation, which should not be deemed a fault. The tingling sensation is a common reaction. Product contains sweeteners.
