Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 5–8 oz (150–250 ml) of cold water and consume prior to exercise. Take 1–3 scoops 20–30 minutes before training. Start with one scoop to assess tolerance. Never exceed 3 scoops in any 24-hour period.
