Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 scoop (12.4g) with 6–8 oz (180–250 ml) of water and consume on an empty stomach approximately 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 1 serving in a 24-hour period. Assess tolerance by starting with half a scoop.
