Applied Nutrition BCAA Amino-Hydrate is a comprehensive amino acid and hydration formula delivering 7200mg of BCAAs in the scientifically studied 2:1:1 ratio (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine) per serving, alongside 3000mg of L-Glutamine and 1000mg of L-Citrulline DL-Malate. It combines these key amino acids with a multi-electrolyte blend.

Each serving also provides Vitamin B6, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The electrolyte blend features Potassium Citrate, Sodium Citrate, Calcium Phosphate and Sodium Chloride.

Available in a refreshing Orange & Mango flavour, BCAA Amino-Hydrate is sweetened with Sucralose and free from unnecessary calories, making it a versatile choice for both training days and rest days.
