Hydrolysed collagen, maltodextrin, calcium gluconate, magnesium gluconate, L-proline, glucosamine sulphate potassium salt (origin in shellfish), acidity regulator citric acid, flavouring, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), beetroot concentrate, chondroitin sulphate, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), acidity regulator malic acid, anti-caking agents calcium phosphate and silicon dioxide, sweeteners acesulfame K and sucralose, hyaluronic acid (sodium salt), flavouring naringin, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), cholecalciferol (vitamin D). Usage & Dosage

Mix a 20 g dose (1 scoop) in 250–300 ml of water and take in the morning on an empty stomach. Pour the appropriate amount of powder into a small amount of water, stir, and refill to the desired volume. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
