Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega-D3 combines high-concentration omega-3 fatty acids with vitamin D3 in a single, convenient softgel. Each two-softgel serving delivers 1280 mg of total omega-3s — including 650 mg EPA and 450 mg DHA — alongside 25 µg (1000 IU) of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), providing 500% of the nutrient reference value for vitamin D.

DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function. The fish oil is sourced from anchovies, sardines, mackerel, and herring — purified deep-sea species — and is presented in the triglyceride form.

To make daily supplementation more pleasant, this formula is naturally flavoured with lemon, making each softgel virtually odourless and tasteless. Stabilised with RRR-alpha tocopherol and rosemary extract, the formula maintains freshness throughout the product's shelf life.
