Beginners: Mix 1 scoop (9.5g) with 250ml of cold water approximately 20 minutes before training. Regular users: Mix 2 scoops (19g) with 250–350ml of water and drink as one serving about 20 minutes before workout. Do not exceed 2 scoops (19g) per day.
