Dorian Yates Blood and Guts is a high-intensity pre-workout powder formulated for serious athletes who demand more from every training session. Developed under the philosophy of the legendary six-time Mr. Olympia himself, this formula brings together a comprehensive blend of active ingredients — including Citrulline Malate, Arginine AKG, Beta-Alanine and L-Tyrosine. Available in a refreshing Watermelon flavour, each tub delivers 20 servings of precisely dosed powder.

Each 19g serving provides 6,000mg of Citrulline Malate (yielding 4,100mg of Citrulline) and 4,000mg of Arginine AKG (yielding 2,800mg of Arginine), alongside 3,000mg of Beta-Alanine and 500mg of L-Tyrosine. The formula is further complemented by a multi-source caffeine complex — including Caffeine Anhydrous, Green Tea Leaf Extract and Guarana Seed Extract — contributing approximately 350mg of caffeine per serving, as well as Black Pepper Extract standardised to 95% Piperine and Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide).

Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Simply mix two heaping scoops with water and consume 20–30 minutes before training.
