Take one serving (1 level scoop, approximately 6.6g) of C4 Original mixed with 150–200ml of water 20–30 minutes before training. 1 pack contains 30 servings. Do not exceed 2 scoops in a 24-hour period.

This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults, 18 years of age or older. Do not use if pregnant, nursing, or currently taking nitrates for chest pain or medications for erectile dysfunction (PDE-5 inhibitors). Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation attributed to beta-alanine. High caffeine content (150mg per serving); avoid use with other caffeine-containing products.
