Nutrend N1 Pre-Workout is a comprehensive training formula designed to support your performance in the gym and beyond. Each 17 g serving delivers a precisely dosed blend of amino acids, creatine, vitamins and caffeine, all working together to help you get the most from every session. The refreshing Blue Raspberry flavour makes it easy and enjoyable to take before you train.

At the core of the formula are 3,500 mg of L-Arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate and 3,500 mg of Beta-Alanine per serving, complemented by a dual creatine matrix combining Creatine Monohydrate and Creatine Citrate for a total of approximately 3,235 mg of creatine per serving. Creatine contributes to an increase in physical performance during successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The formula also includes 200 mg of caffeine and 500 mg of L-Tyrosine per serving.

The vitamin and mineral profile is equally impressive: Vitamin C, Thiamine (B1), Pyridoxine (B6), Nicotinamide (B3) and Calcium are all present at meaningful levels. Thiamine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal psychological function. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Each tub provides approximately 15 servings, with a flexible half-dose starting option for those new to pre-workout supplementation.
