Nutrend N1 Pre-Workout in Tropical Candy flavour is a pre-training powder formulated with active ingredients for use before intense exercise sessions. Each 255 g tub delivers up to 30 servings, making it a practical and flexible addition to any serious training routine.

The formula combines key active ingredients — including L-Arginine-Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Beta-Alanine, a Creatine Mix, L-Tyrosine and Caffeine — with a supporting blend of B vitamins, Vitamin C, Ginseng extract and Bioperine® black pepper extract. Vitamin B1 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. The dosage can be tailored to body weight and training intensity, offering either a 8.5 g or 17 g serving per session.

Refreshing Tropical Candy flavour makes this powder easy to mix into water, and the sugar-free formulation (when prepared as directed) suits athletes who are mindful of their carbohydrate intake. Up to 75 kg body weight and for sensitive athletes: mix 8.5 g (1/4 scoop) in 150 ml of water. Over 75 kg body weight or for highly advanced training: mix 17 g (1/2 scoop) in 300 ml of water. Consume 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Dietary supplement with sweeteners. Contains caffeine (200 mg per 17 g serving; 100 mg per 8.5 g serving) – not suitable for children and pregnant or breastfeeding women. Designed especially for adult athletes. Does not replace a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. If the recommended dilution ratio is applied, the drink is sugar-free (<0.5 g/100 ml of drink).
