Each serving provides 350 mg of magnesium — 85% of the daily reference value — sourced from a whole food ionic magnesium fizz blend and an organic brown rice protein magnesium chelate, giving you a clean, food-based approach to supplementation. Add 8 ounces (240 ml) of room temperature water to 1 teaspoon (5 g) of powder. Let fizz, stir well and enjoy. Adults: once daily.
