Nutrend N1 Pro Pre-Workout is a comprehensive powder formula designed to support your training preparation. With approximately 30 servings per 300 g tub, it delivers a carefully assembled blend of amino acids, creatine, vitamins and botanical extracts in a refreshing Forest Berries flavour — making it straightforward to incorporate into your pre-exercise routine.

Each serving supplies key actives including L-citrulline malate, beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, taurine and glycerol monostearate, alongside choline and L-tyrosine. The formula is further supported by Vitamin C, B-vitamins (B1, B3, B6) and calcium, with green tea extract, caffeine, cayenne pepper and black pepper extract (BioPerine®) rounding out the ingredient profile.

Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C and the B-vitamins present (B1, B3, B6) also contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. The formula is available in two serving sizes, allowing you to tailor intake to your body weight and training level.

Up to 75 kg body weight and for sensitive athletes: mix 10 g (1/3 measuring scoop) with 150 ml of water. Above 75 kg body weight and for highly advanced training: mix 20 g (2/3 measuring scoop) with 300 ml of water. Consume 15 minutes before workout. Maximum daily dose is 20 g. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Contains caffeine (230 mg/20 g; 115 mg/10 g) – not suitable for children and pregnant or nursing women. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Undissolved pieces may be present after mixing with water due to the high concentration of active substances; this is a natural characteristic of the product. A tingling sensation is a natural reaction caused by beta-alanine.
