Nutrend N1 Pro Pre-Workout is a comprehensive powder formula designed to support your training preparation. Each 10 g serving delivers a carefully selected combination of amino acids, creatine, electrolytes and vitamins, all blended into a refreshing Green Lemonade flavour. With 30 servings per 300 g tub, it is built for consistent use throughout your training cycle.

The formula brings together L-citrulline malate, beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, taurine, L-tyrosine, choline and glycerol monostearate, complemented by green tea extract, BioPerine® black pepper extract and a B-vitamin complex including niacin, B6 and B1. Vitamin B1 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

N1 Pro Pre-Workout is formulated primarily for adult sportsmen seeking a multi-ingredient pre-workout powder. Flexible dosing allows adjustment based on body weight and training intensity, making it suitable for a wide range of active individuals.

Up to 75 kg body weight and for sensitive sportsmen – mix a serving of 10 g with 150 ml of water. Above 75 kg body weight and for highly advanced training – mix a serving of 20 g with 300 ml of water. Consume 15 minutes before workout. Maximum daily dose is 20 g. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. 1/3 measuring scoop = approx. 10 g; 2/3 measuring scoop = approx. 20 g.

Food supplement, with sweeteners. Contains caffeine (230 mg/20 g; 115 mg/10 g) – not suitable for children and pregnant or nursing women. Intended mainly for adult sportsmen. Does not replace a varied diet. Do not use on an empty stomach. Consumption with other products containing green tea should not exceed 800 mg EGCG a day. Keep out of reach of children. Sachets in the product are not intended for consumption. Undissolved pieces that may be present after mixing with water due to a high concentration of active substances – it is a natural characteristic of the product and should not be deemed a fault. Tingling sensation is a natural reaction.
