Dorian Yates Blood and Guts is a comprehensive pre-workout powder formulated for athletes who demand more from their training sessions. Each serving delivers a precisely dosed combination of L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), A-AKG Complex (L-Arginine with Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate), and Beta-Alanine, alongside a multi-source caffeine blend from caffeine anhydrous, green tea leaf extract, and guarana seed extract.

The formula is further enhanced with L-Tyrosine, 100% sweet orange peel extract, Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide), and black pepper fruit extract standardised to 95% piperine. Vitamin B3 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Available in a refreshing Blueberry flavour, each 380g container provides 20 servings.

Mix 2 heaped scoops (19g) of powder with at least 250ml of water in a shaker bottle and consume 30 minutes before exercise. For first-time users, mix 1 heaped scoop (9.5g) with 250ml of water.

High caffeine content (1840mg/100ml). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Not for use by those under the age of 18. The container has 1 sachet of silica gel for moisture absorption — do not consume and do not discard until all contents are used up.
