Dorian Yates Blood and Guts is a high-stimulant pre-workout formula developed under the philosophy of the legendary six-time Mr. Olympia himself. Delivered in convenient single-serve sachets with a bold Mango flavour, each 19g portion is pre-measured for precision and portability — ready to mix wherever your training takes you.

Each sachet brings together a comprehensive blend of ingredients, including Citrulline Malate, Arginine AKG, Beta-Alanine, L-Tyrosine and a multi-source caffeine complex totalling 350 mg per serving, alongside Green Tea, Guarana and Bitter Orange extracts. Niacin (Vitamin B3, as Nicotinamide) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and contributes to normal psychological function.

Mix 2 heaping scoops (1 sachet / 19g) with at least 250 ml of cold water in a shaker bottle and consume 30 minutes before exercise. For first-time users, mix one scoop (9.5g) with 250 ml of water.
